Dhamaka Blocks ("the App") is developed and operated by Dhamaka Games ("we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.
By downloading or using Dhamaka Blocks, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Dhamaka Blocks is designed to be played offline with minimal data collection. We collect the following:
Information stored on your device (not sent to us):
- Your best score
- Your daily play streak
- Sound and vibration preferences
- Whether you have seen the consent notice
This data is stored locally using Android SharedPreferences and is never transmitted to our servers.
Information collected by third-party services:
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect certain data to serve relevant ads, including device identifiers and usage data. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
2. How We Use Information
We use locally stored data solely to provide core game functionality — saving your score, maintaining your streak, and remembering your preferences. We do not use this data for marketing or analytics.
AdMob may use collected data to personalise advertisements shown to you. You can opt out of personalised ads through your Android device settings under Google → Ads.
3. Advertising
Dhamaka Blocks displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These ads help keep the app free. AdMob may collect and use data as described in the Google Privacy Policy.
We have implemented the following ad settings in compliance with applicable law:
- Child-directed treatment flags are set as required
- Under-age-of-consent flags are set for Indian users
4. Children's Privacy
Dhamaka Blocks is a general audience game suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18 beyond what is described in this policy. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. The only third party that may receive data is Google AdMob, as described above.
6. Data Security
All game data is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain servers that store your personal information. Your device's built-in security protects locally stored data.
7. Your Rights Under DPDP Act 2023
If you are an Indian resident, you have the following rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023:
- Right to information — know what data is being processed
- Right to correction — request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to erasure — request deletion of your data
- Right to grievance redressal — raise concerns with us directly
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can exercise most of these rights by using the Reset Data option in the app (Settings → Reset Data) or by clearing app data from Android settings (Settings → Apps → Dhamaka Blocks → Clear Data).
8. EU / EEA Users — GDPR
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Because all game data is stored locally on your device and we hold no personal data on our servers, you can exercise most of these rights yourself instantly:
- Right of access — all data (score, streak, preferences) exists only on your device. We hold nothing about you on our servers.
- Right to rectification / erasure — open the app → Settings → Reset Data. This permanently deletes all local data.
- Right to restriction — not applicable; we do not process your data on our servers.
- Right to data portability — all data is already on your device in Android's local storage, accessible to you directly.
- Right to object (legitimate interest) — manage this via Android Settings → Google → Ads, or visit g.co/privacytools. AdMob's legitimate interest processing is governed by Google's policy.
- Right to withdraw consent — open the app → Settings → Reset Data → relaunch the app. The consent form will reappear and you can decline.
On first launch, EU/EEA users are shown a consent form for personalised advertising. If you decline, non-personalised ads are shown instead and the game works fully either way.

9. Permissions Used
Dhamaka Blocks requests the following Android permissions:
- INTERNET — required to load advertisements via AdMob
- VIBRATE — optional haptic feedback during gameplay
- ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — to check connectivity before loading ads
- AD_ID (Advertising ID) — used by AdMob to serve personalised ads; you can reset or opt out via Android Settings → Google → Ads
The App functions without internet connectivity — only ads require an internet connection.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
